How payments work
There is one way to buy on PixParaDePix. This page describes it step by step.
1. Generate a Pix code
After you sign in, open the buy page, enter an amount in reais and generate a Pix code. The amount must fit your daily limit.
2. Pay with Pix
Scan the QR code or paste the copy-and-paste code in your bank app. The code expires, so pay soon after generating it.
3. Wait for confirmation
Once your bank confirms the payment, the purchase moves forward on its own. You can follow its status on your dashboard.
4. Receive DePix
DePix is sent to the wallet address you registered, never to one we hold.
Rules that apply
- Pay from a bank account in your own name. A payment from another person's account is held for review.
- Daily limits start small and grow as your account builds a track record.
- DePix is always sent to the registered wallet address. To use another wallet, contact support.
