PixParaDePix is a small hobby service built by XOOMMIT VECKS LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA): pay with Pix and receive DePix — the Real on the blockchain — straight into your own wallet.
What this service is — and what it isn’t
This service does exactly one thing: you pay with Pix, and DePix — a stablecoin designed to hold a 1:1 peg with the Brazilian Real — is sent to the wallet address you registered. There is no investment product, no account balance on our side, and no moment at which we hold your money or your crypto. That is the whole service, no more and no less. We do not offer USDT, exchanges, swaps, or conversions of any kind; anything you choose to do with your DePix afterward happens in your own wallet, using tools we neither provide nor operate.
Who created this website
This website was created and is provided by XOOMMIT VECKS LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. XOOMMIT’s role ends there: creator of the website, nothing else. Nothing on this page makes XOOMMIT a bank, a payment provider, or a financial institution.
Not a bank, not a financial institution
We are not a bank and have nothing to do with banking. We do not take deposits, we do not lend, we do not operate payment accounts, and we offer no financial products. The service is limited to making it possible for you to put Brazilian Reais onto the blockchain as DePix — a technical service, delivered to a wallet only you control.
The legal framework
In Brazil, buying and holding virtual assets is lawful. The activity is governed by Law No. 14.478, of December 21, 2022, which established the legal framework for virtual asset services, with the Central Bank of Brazil designated as the sector’s regulator. DePix is a virtual asset under this framework — it is not official currency, and it is not a bank deposit or any other product of a financial institution. Nothing on this page is legal or financial advice.
Your asset, your exit
DePix targets a 1:1 parity with the Brazilian Real. Because it is delivered directly into your own self-custody wallet from the moment of payment, you can move or convert your DePix at any time — at your own initiative, following the blockchain’s own rules, such as network confirmations and fees. We impose no lock-ins and no withdrawal permissions, because nothing of yours ever sits with us.
Built as a passion project
This project started from a simple idea: putting the Brazilian Real on the blockchain should be easy for anyone. It is built and maintained with care as a small project — not as the product of a large financial corporation. Please use it with your own judgment, and remember that nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website and accept no liability for downtime or service interruptions. Because DePix is sent directly to your own wallet and we never hold your funds, an interruption to this site — including a loss of connection with our payment partner — only affects your ability to use the site or start new transactions. It never puts a balance you have already received at risk.
Force majeure
We accept no liability for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or network outages, or other circumstances outside our control.
Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of this website.
Security data we collect
To keep accounts safe and to prevent fraud, we record the IP address and basic device signals (such as browser type) used when you register, log in and buy, and we use your IP address to check the country you connect from. We keep this data only for security, fraud prevention and legal obligations, in line with the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD), and we do not sell it. You can ask us about your data at any time through the support contacts on this site.
